After gaining expertise in this field, one can get employment as designer, in any mill associated with the manufacturing of textile products. Apart from employment, designers can also work free lance. Nowadays, most of the work in textile designing is being done by computers. Therefore, it has become mandatory that textile designers should also be aware of computer knowledge and textile designing softwares, along with the manual skills. Initially, designers may earn up to 6,000 to 8,000 on job. This figure can also increase, depending on the expertise and differentiating style of designers. Basic qualities of designers are to select the correct combination of colors, reproduce different designs, and introduce variety in textile designing.
