The K-8 Aeronautics Internet Textbook: A self-paced Internet guide, this tutorial starts out by assuming that you have never ventured into the web before (first lesson: click on a box). Its pages are small and use very basic English, so it is perfect for introducing the internet to children anywhere from 7-9.

Web Teacher: Web teacher is meant for the older children (anywhere from 12-15). This site assumes you know the basics of the Internet and teaches you the more technical terms: what a TCP/IP Protocol is, for example. It is put together quite well, and the information is presented in an effective manner. Two thumbs up.

Rabbit Brush Tutorials: Rabbit Brush is quite informative for first time Internet users. Lessons included: how to attach a file on an e-mail, saving text, what security on the internet is, and how ISPs differ. The problems: its long articles may get boring, and it is not very colorful.
